Bid Technical Manager H/F - 90

Lead Tender Engineering activities in respect of global target cost, tender budget and planning- Managemento Manage functionally the engineering team allocated to the tendero Manages the interfaces with Tender core team and ensures engineering internal interfaces
- Customer interfaceso Perform technical exchanges with the customero Analyse the customer requirements and identify gaps versus reference producto Provide technical documentation for tender submission to customer
- Build-up of Engineering proposalo Define best compromise to address the gaps (QCD) (Mechanical, Functional Architecture)o Identifies technical risks, and ensures they are covered by dedicated action plan agreed by Platform and Metiers.o Establish engineering QCD commitment: Master planning, costing, PDO, Risk assessment and management plano Gets the validation of Site Engineering Director -(or Bid technical manager) and Bid Manager on the Engineering assumption pack gathering the Engineering outputs.- TechnicalDetailed knowledge of the products architecture, operation and performancesTrain operation and maintenance knowledgeDesign to cost approach+10 years of experience in design
- ProcessKnowledge on Engineering development DFQ sequencesGood understanding of Tender process and key players roleEngineering Costing knowledge,
